It appears the honeymoon is over between Hugo Chavez and Barack Obama. In the true fashion of BFF's all over, and reminiscent of the famous Paris Hilton/Nicole Ritchie split, it seems Hugo Chavez is showing his jealous side. Obviously overwrought, Chavez weighed in on Obama's newest popularity contest win, the Nobel Peace Prize.
