When people scoff at our Constitution and refer to it as a "living document" with room for improvement, all I can do is shake my head in shame at my fellow Americans. This document is heretofore the closest thing to perfection ever written, that is until we got our modern hands on this work of brilliance.

As many of you already know, Barack Obama is planning to have a day of your child’s education be spent on informing them about how wonderful he is, and what they can do to aid the president. Ladies and Gentlemen, I don’t think I even need to elaborate how truly terrifying this is. Throughout history dictators have used the youth population to further their regimes.

From the White House itself:
"There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help.
I have to admit, I have kicked this story idea around for a considerable time. Many of the things I write are in direct opposition to my party's views, and although I'm no different than anyone else in hoping something I write is given accolades by the people I hope support me, I occasionally find myself in rough waters when something I agree with goes against what I'm told I should believe as a conservative. This is one of those articles.
When I was 15, I decided to smoke pot with some friends.
"Experience [has shown] that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny." Thomas Jefferson
It seems the socialist ball keeps rolling through Washington.

I grew up with two brothers who wanted to "toughen me up." Therefore, when I was relatively small, I took the pounding all youngest children endure. That is, until I was older. When I was about 15, my older brother and I got into a horribly physical fight that I for once didn't lose. Little did I know that my brother was holding back so he didn't hurt his little sister.

It's time to mobilize my freedom loving Americans, we have a chance to get some order back into Congress with a new appointment.
On March 31, 2009, a special Congressional Election will be held in District 20 in New York. This district covers Albany and just north of New York City.
Most people who know me will tell you I'm not a religious person. It isn't because I don't believe in God. It's because I don't agree with organized religion. I find my spirituality in other places. My favorite place is a gun range just outside of Las Vegas. With the canyons all around, and Red Rock over my shoulder, I listen to the echo of the shots. It crackles through the canyons and races around you like thunder.
It appears some individual states are getting a bit tired of the Federal government overstepping their bounds in regards to states' rights, and they're fighting back (21 in all so far). Sure, for most states it may only be a moral stance, but there are some states that are capable of standing on their own, without interference or aid from the federal government. Let's just examine Nevada (I know, shameless state promotion).
Nevada is a beautiful state, with enormous resources. But the most lucrative resource for sale here is sin. Whatever your vice is, we offer it, but not always legally.
So many times, people want to view Conservatives as religious fanatics, old, ignorant, or obstinately sticking to their views in the face of overwhelming opposition. I will be the first to admit, occasionally it's true.
