As many of you already know, Barack Obama is planning to have a day of your child’s education be spent on informing them about how wonderful he is, and what they can do to aid the president. Ladies and Gentlemen, I don’t think I even need to elaborate how truly terrifying this is. Throughout history dictators have used the youth population to further their regimes. They knew that the fertile minds of young people would not question authority, rather unwittingly accept whatever form of propaganda they spoon fed them. This happened with Hitler’s youth (don’t even give me one word of Godwin’s Law, if the shoe fits I will most definitely stick it on the dictatorial foot) and it’s happening right now. Although a child should be able to enjoy childhood, and revel in the frivolity of youth, parents it is VITAL that you 1) Inform them what is going on with our country and 2) Provide them with the arsenal of defense against propaganda. It is your choice whether or not you want to keep your kids home on Sept. 8, 2009, but if you do send them, please send them as enlightened patriots, not unwitting pawns for this nefarious man to infiltrate with lies.

Today the WH announced that Obama was going to address a joint session of Congress on Sept 9th.
Coincidence? Is it just by chance that on the day after Obama gives a speech to the nation's public school students, where the materials being handed out to teachers for activities surrounding this speech are having kids ponder "What is the president asking of me?" that the President will be on every TV in the land to push for Health Care reform?
