John Barnes: NH State Senator (R) - Crashed into a parked police cruiser. Bravo!

Lisa M. Boscola: PA State Rep (D)

William Denley: NH State Senator (R)

Ron Menor: HI State Senator (D) - Arrested driving drunk with a minor (15) in the car. My fav so far!

Bob Biggins: IL State Rep (R) - DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road. Woo hoo!

Joey Pendleton: KY State Senator (D)-Blew a .20 after crashing into a parked car. Moronicus Maximus

Tom Burcham: MO State Rep (R)

Gonzalo Barrientos: TX State Senator (D)

Mike Krusee: TX State Rep (R): DWI, driving erratically.

Kumar P. Barve: Maryland House of Delegates (D)

Russell R. Scott: SC State Senator (R)

Chuck Graham: MO State Senator (D): Caused 3-car crash. You outdid yourself for once. Really.

Johnny Nugent: IN State Senator (R): Uncle Ted wants his name back. NOW.

Herb Snyder: WV State Senator (D): Blew a .26. Holy hell, what still were you visiting?

Louis Blessing: OH State Senator (R) Turned in by a concerned trucker.

Lyman Hoffman: AK State Senator (D) This is another favorite. From his website: “The high incidence of alcohol related traffic fatalities is of grave concern. Alcohol related accidents are increasing and it is known that habitual offenders do more harm than anyone else. HB 4 addresses those problems, including a broad array of legal action to increase penalties for drunken driving.” Can anyone say HYPOCRITE?

Paul Kujawski: MA State Rep (D)- Was pulled over, stepped out of his car and took a piss under the glare of the flashing lights of the police cruiser. Then, to show how smart MA voters are, they re-elected him! I love the smell of moron in the morning.

Ben Harbin: GA State Rep (R) Crashed into a pole. Not hard enough, apparently.

Jon Riki Karamatsu: HI State Vice Speaker (D) - DUI including crash

Scott Boggio: MT State Rep (R) Blew .14, hit curb. Dingbat.

Rob Briley: TN State Rep (D), Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee: Another great one. Not only was he DUI, but he was hit and run, followed by a high speed police chase. When the Republican leaders demanded his resignation, this POS Dem, House Speaker Jimmy Naifeh called it partisan and "Low-life." Here's the video of his arrest, it's really great.
